If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase. The item must be returned in new, unused condition in its original package, with a copy of your receipt.
For defective merchandise, the item needs to be returned to Get the Goods with the original receipt within 30 days of purchase. Get the Goods will then send the item with the original purchase receipt to the vendor for them to decide if the item is defective. If deemed defective the vendor will either replace or repair the product. Expect 4-6 weeks for this process.
